Observed Employee hand washing sink located in the Produce Cutting room next to the 3 Compartment sink inoperable. No water hot or cold was available to the sink for employees to wash hands. PIC stated he used the sink located in the deli department next to produce and had a good understanding of when hands need to be washed. |
I reported the hand washing issue to store management Ms. Hanna, she stated the sink would be repaired immediately and she would report to the Store Manager that was off today. |
