This knife was stored in knife holder on wall above 3 compartment sink. ***Observed in produce department; produce cutting boards on produce prep table, soiled in scores of cutting board and in between the cutting boards on table. Discussed with Miss Debbie some options on cleaning scores and pulling boards off table for cleaning in between. |
