Sanitizer concentration in sanitizer spray bottle next to handwashing sink in fruit cutting area observed not to reach the required concentration of 150ppm with inspector and firm test strip. Sanitizer concentration observed to reach 100ppm with inspector and firm test strip. PIC stated that sanitizer spray bottle was hers and she was aware of the sanitizer not mixing correctly in three compartment sink. |
