Observed 36 packages of 'Mae's Candy Land' freeze dried treats (wild berry skittle, skittle, ice cream sandwich, and gummy worm flavors), held on the retail shelving unit, to be from an unpermitted manufacturing facility. The label was also missing ingredients, allergens, net weight and address where product was made. No warning label on the packages as well indicating not a TN FFA product. |
The PIC voluntarily pulled all Freeze dried treats from the shelf and inspector implemented a hold order for the products. |
