Observed the Adobe chicken burrito, held in the retail hot box, with a sell-by date/time of 02/28 @ 12:01 pm. PIC confirmed by looking at kitchen shelf life chart, product is given two hours. Current time of inspection 2:10pm, indicating the product was in the hot box for more than 4 hours. |
The PIC removed the product from the hot box to be marked out and discarded. |
