Observed Walk-in Beverage Cooler temperature to be 55F using inspectors thermal thermometer. Cooler was inspected and several TCS milks and Milo's Sweet tea gallons were found inside with labels stating "Keep Refrigerated". |
6 Gordon's chocolate and whole pints were discarded by PIC. Also, PIC moved Sweet Tea to retail 1 Door beverage cooler to insure that temperature is maintained. |
