Observed in the front kitchen reach-in cooler the following products not maintained at 41F or less when using inspector's probe thermometer: 3 containers of sliced cheese (45F, 46F, 47F), one container sliced ham (48F), and 45 containers (range 44f-48F) of International Delight coffee creamers that state 'keep refrigerated' on the label. The temperature tracking app on the store's computer demonstrated by a graph the unit has been above 41F for more than 12 hours. |
The PIC voluntarily removed all products from the unit to scan them out and then discard them. PIC also placed a work order for the unit. |
