A display of assorted fudges from a manufacturer called Sweet Noshings was observed for sale. Sweet Noshings is not a permitted manufacturer with the TN Dept. of Agriculture. The PIC pulled the display from sale and placed the fudges in a green plastic tote to return to the manufacturer. No hold order issued because the PIC pulled the product as soon as it was observed. |

A bowl of hard boiled eggs and 5 chicken and eggs salads were observed win the walk around cooler with no date marking. 3. 8 fruit salads and 8 containers of peeled mandarin oranges were observed in the cake and cut fruit cooler with no date marking. |
