Observed 2 bottles of clearish liquid stored in kitchen and around register without labeling of what its contents are. The 1st bottle smelled like bleach. |

Observed gap between mop sink and wall causing and area that can not be cleanable. This issue has caused drain flies to accumulate and loaf throughout firm. **Firm also has a floor drain that needs to be capped to deter Drain Fly harborage. Drain Flies sponge up organic matter (spills) for food. (Please see Pictures) |
PIC will get pest control to make a visit to lessen fly numbers and treat in harborage areas. |
