The open beverage cooler next to the hot dog roller was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 48 degrees. Food products in this cooler were probed with a state issued, calibrated thermometer. Yogurt 55 degrees. Sliced cheesed 50 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded all out of temperature items. |
