Meat WIC- Observed a box of raw chicken (Safe Handling 165F) stored over raw whole cut meat (Safe Handling 145F). *Retail floor meat cooler- Observed ground meat (155F) over whole cut carne asada beef (145F). |
The PIC voluntarily corrected the meat WIC and moved the chicken away from the whole cut beef. |
