Upon arrival, observed the kitchen hand sink blocked by cardboard boxes making the sink inaccessible. Also, during the inspection, a bucket of sanitizer was stored inside the handwashing sink. |
The employee moved the boxes away from the front of the handwashing sink. The PIC moved the bucket of sanitizer to a shelf making the sink accessible. |
