Observed over 10 bags of trash piled up behind building in a fenced enclosure. All trash items were uncovered because the firm does not have a designated dumpster and employees have to take trash to compactor 1/10 of a mile away to main store. Employee stated sometimes the trash has to stay there for multiple days if only one person is scheduled to work each shift. |
