Establishment is on well water. Last acceptable well water test was conducted on 1/20/23. Establishment has had issues with the well pump. Well water tests have been sent for testing with positive results for coliforms. No acceptable potable water results within the year results in closure of the food prep, which includes the deli, hand scoop of ice cream and drink service (coffee). The food prep areas mentioned above cannot be re-opened until acceptable test results are provided to the state and suspension is lifted. |

Cookies and Brownies are being made at home kitchen and sold in the store. These can be made under the food freedom act- however these did not have the proper labeling. See below in comment section for requirements. ***In addition, individual snack cakes that are typically sold by the carton are being offered for sale individually-These are also missing a food label. |
