This inspector asked one of the PICS to set up the sanitizing sink and were not able to. The other PIC set up the sink and used chlorine test strips to test Member's Mark ammonia and advised that the test strip color was correct (no color change detected, and the inspector explained the difference between the test strips-PIC stated that bleach is normally their sanitizer). |
