Date marking system is in place however, all items are not being date marked correctly- Open package of diced chicken has an EXP date of 2/28/24- Date of EXP on original package. Coleslaw is the only exception to the 7-day date marking. All other refrigerated items once cut, opened ect require a 7 day date mark even not used within 24 hours |
