Observed individual personal pan pizza's for retail sale without label (Common Name, Ingredient List, Allergen statement, and the name address and phone of firm. PIC stated that they were from Sams Club.
**Observed individual bags of ice made at firm were missing labels (Name, Address, and Phone #) for traceability. |
The pizza's were placed into the only freezer inside the firm and a sign was placed inside stating that they were not for retail sale. (See pics) |
