Observed employee cleaning with gloves on the leaving deli area touching door with gloves on then took dirty dishes to kitchen then came back in to deli area and removed gloves and placed on new gloves without washing hands prior to doing so. Observed another employee with gloves on leave deli area with gloves on touching swinging doors and then returning and removing cooked pizza and handling with same gloves without removing gloves and washing hands prior to doing so. |
