At the time of inspection, retail cheese and butter items in the cold holding self-serve retail case were observed to be out of temperature. Temperatures of 22 separate blocks of cheese and 6 blocks of butter were taken using TDA calibrated food probe thermometer. The temperatures of the cheese blocks ranged from 51 degrees to 53 degrees. The temperatures of the butter blocks ranged from 50 degrees to 52 degrees.

PIC removed the cheese and butter blocks from retail service and discarded them at the time of inspection. |
