Observed that PICs inside the Deli and Meat departments could not speak to sanitizer testing. PIC inside the meat department stated that the firm tests there sanitizer weekly.
**PIC inside the Deli only put sanitizing strip inside basin for 3 seconds and tried to check his sanitizer. |
Please review Kroger SOP's to insure proper sanitizer methods. The firm also has all sanitizer instruction on teaching material at all hand sinks.
**Inspector also spoke and reinforced Kroger SOPs to sanitizer instruction with both Deli and Meat departments. |
