In the general freezer, located in back room, observed excessive ice build up in freezer and directly on an open box of retail packaging 'Bagel Bites'. Observed excessive ice build up in shared freezer (deli, bakery, and meat), back room, but no retail packaging was affected. |
The PIC removed the one box of 'bagel bites' with ice on packaging and discarded it. PIC placed flat box beneath ice build-up area in freezer. Maintenance has addressed this issue by sealing the freezers. |
