2 open bags of breading were observed under the prep table in the kitchen. The PIC closed these bags and placed a clip on them to keep them closed. A tray of corn dogs and burritos was observed in the walk in freezer uncovered and no protected from contamination. |

Firm is now using Quat-Tabs as sanitizer. Firm only has chlorine test strips and pH test strips available at the 3 compartment sink. The PIC was shown what quaternary ammonium test strips look like an took a picture of the inspector's test strips to purchase the correct item. |
