Observed that PIC could not speak to cold holding temperatures of there TCS foods.
**Observed that PIC could not speak to sanitizer testing and use. PIC stated that they have not had any sanitizer buckets in a while and has not been using there sanitizer for touch points and counters. |
Inspector spoke to getting with Sudden Service to see if they want this firm to use there empty/unmarked 'Spray Bottles' for there sanitizer until they can get the correct equipment. |
