The papayas were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer at 62 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded the product. 2. 61 packages of passionfruit fig jelly and 20 packages of Kumquat lemon flavored jelly that state "Keep Refrigerated" on the table were observed for sale on an unrefrigerated retail shelf at ambient room temperature. The product was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 68 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded the items before an internal temperature could be taken. Priority (P) 0

The handles of the tongs were touching the bean sprouts and the bamboo shoots. Discussed with PIC getting utensil cup holders to place next to the self service bins to encourage customers to keep the tongs stored properly.
