Observed the Ecolab low temp single rack dish-machine for cleaning/sanitizing food contact utensils final rinse water did not have chlorine sanitizer detected using test strips. |
The chlorine sanitizer container (not yet empty) was changed and re-primed. Checked sanitizer concentration at 50-100 ppm chlorine. |
