The bunker case as near the front door of the Kroger store this firm is located it was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 48 degrees. Several items in the case were probed with a state issued and calibrated thermometer. Cantaloupe 45, Pineapple 48, Watermelon 48. The digital thermometer attached to this case stated 44 degrees when scanning the case. While probing product in the case the digital case thermometer dropped down to 34 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded the out of temperature product. |
