Observed employee enter deli kitchen with gloves on and touch the swinging door as entering in, then employee took corn dogs out of cooler and placed in fryer. The employee then made labels and labeled corn dog bags all with the same pair of gloves on. The same employee then took the corn dogs out of fryer and touched them with the gloves he was wearing to take the temperature. Employee never removed gloves and washed hands during any task.
Also observed employee handling raw chicken with gloves then removed the gloves and placed on a new pair of gloves and handled the raw chicken again. When removing gloves, you must wash your hands before placing on a new pair of gloves. |
