Discarded items include all pasteurized juices, eggs, yogurt, biscuits, butter and butter-flavored spreads, and some cheeses. PIC and staff discarded previously mentioned 4 items from produce case, and discarded all items from malfunctioning section of retail dairy case labeled as KEEP REFRIGERATED. Final two sections of dairy case with milk and some cheese retained temperatures in the low to mid 30sF.
