Facility had inconsistent date marking system for deli meats being stored in makeshift unit. Salami and bologna were observed to have discard date of 15 May 2024. Turkey had a preparation date not a discard date. Salami and bologna were observed to discard date beyond 6 days. Twelve premade steak, chicken and sausage biscuits have a discard date of 17 May 2024. This observation was made in the front cold holding under the register. Person in charge was did not known when the food reference above were prepared. |
