*Observed the following TCS food products, held within the retail cooler, not from a TN manufactured permitted facility: Zesty Pimento Cheese x4 (Alley Valley Farms, Spring Hill, TN), Pesto x2 (Alley Valley Farms), Salted butter x1 (Alley Valley Farms), Ranch Dressing x2 (Alley Valley Farms). These products had TN Food Freedom Act warning labels. However, this is noncompliant with the TFFA due to no TCS foods are allowed under this regulation.
*Observed Blondy's Baked Goods, Spring Hill, TN (Brownies x10 and peanut butter protein bar x3) held in the retail cooler, not from a permitted TN manufactured facility. No TFFA warning label on these items.
*Observed 9 bottles of 'Moondust Seasoning' on the retail shelf. No ingredient labeling, no name of firm or address as well. |
The PIC voluntarily removed all unapproved products from the cooler and shelving unit and were removed from the store. The products were placed in the PICs automobile and the PIC will take them home. PIC stated she will not sell the products. |
