A large amount of orange and black build up was observed inside the ice maker that is attached to the soda fountain. This build up is not visible normally. A panel of the ice maker was removed when the inspector arrive at the firm which allowed the inside to be seen. |

Must be discarded 6 days after date of creation. The date marking labels are automatically printed and the date on these labels cannot be changed at store level. The store manager should open a service ticket to have the time frame for these labels reduced by 1 day to come into compliance. |
