1. Excessive ice build up was observed in the two sliding top chest freezers in the kitchen. Need to be defrosted to prevent contamination of food with ice build up. 2. The drain pipe that leads to the city sewage system does not have an air gap. The pipe to city sewage is clogged and creating a pool of water that connects to the soda fountain. Needs repair to create the required air gap between the water supply outlet and the flood rim of the drain pipe. |
