The sanitizers registered 400 ppm using inspectors test strips. This is well over the manufactures PPM direction used to sanitize equipment and utensils. This is turning your sanitizer into a 'toxic chemical'. Both basin and bucket were drained. Priority (P) 0

(Pest are not in any food preparation areas) **Inspector investigated in Back stock, retail shelving, under equipment, and around beverage counters/Retail Hot Boxes and did not see any adulterated products or pest activity in these areas. Inspector advised PIC GM and manager to 'rope off' this area and turn off all equipment to insure customers don't use. This area will remain closed until this issue has been dealt with. ***Inspector directed GM and manager to get with there pest control company about pest issues. 46 0080-04-09-.04(6)(a)1(iii) Non-food contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. out (Loves) Observed spillage and soda fountain syrups underneath beverage station causing 'Pest Flies' to collect. Flies were too numerous to count. **(Subway) Observed heavily encrusted food residue built up in all Love's Subway floor drains. (see pics) This is causing pest flies to have a harborage area and also the build up is creating residue (Organic Matter) that is pest food. **Inspector directed GM and managers to 'close down' there beverage station until issue has ben resolved. PIC explained that this issue has been ongoing and they are going to replace the station to deter spillage and pest food **Inspector directed PIC Mr. John (Subway) to make these drains part of there cleaning schedule to deter food residue as a food source for pests.
