The Grab and Go cooler was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 45 degrees. Food items in that cooler were probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer with cheese sticks at 51 degrees, a chicken salad sandwich at 51 degrees, and prepacked boiled eggs at 55 degrees. The following items were voluntarily discarded by the PIC during the inspection. 7 pepperoni pizza Lunchables, 4 ham and cheese Hot Pockets, 2 pepperoni pizza Hot Pockets, 20 two-pack Easy Eggs hard boiled eggs, 2 Chicken Salad Sandwiches, 3 Hillshire Genoa salame snack trays, 6 Oberto snack trays, 2 Oberto chicken bites, 33 Roltini single packed cheese sticks, 1 Oh Snap sliced snacking pickles, 27 Jack Links jerky and cheese packs, 5 Sargento Balanced Break snack trays, 10 Sargento single pack string cheese, 10 Sargento Colby Jack snack packs, and 9 cups of edible cookie dough balls. |
