Observed heavy encrusted white residue under 3 Compartment sink inside the Deli Department. PIC stated that there dairy department dumps all there old milk down this Deli department drain. |
Inspector discussed getting another area for 'dump milk' to deter spillage and contamination of food prep areas inside deli. |
