Three ziploc bags holding egg patties and one ziploc bag holding sausage patties observed without a date indicating when the original package was opened.
**One opened containers holding sausage patties with 3/29 as the preparation date and one opened container holding bologna with 3/23 as the preparation date. PIC stated that items are moved from freezer to cooler and date is the date it was placed in freezer. Discussed with PIC dating the reflect when items are moved to refrigeration. |
