Observed that PICs inside the Deli and Bakery were not able to speak to the testing of Hot Water sanitizer used by there Commerical Dishwasher. Also, after speaking with PICs, they were not aware that they needed to test there commercial dishwasher before use. |

Observed several bottles of clearish liquid sanitizer being used inside the meat department without labels to tell what its contents are. |
After speaking with PIC Mr. Alan and PIC inside the Meat/Seafood Department, the contents were discovered to be vinegar. Per Kroger's SOPs, the firm can only use specific products approved by there program/Kroger. |

Observed several SaniSave sanitizer spray bottles inside the Deli to be over the manufacturers instructions for sanitizing. This is making your sanitizer toxic and every surface where its used. |
After speaking with PIC Mr. Alan, the firm will get with there sanitizer supplier to check on there dispenser issue. Until it has been fixed, the PICs inside the deli department have been directed to use there other sanitizer used in there basins for spray sanitizer (Kay Quat 2) |
