PIC dipped test strip and removed immediately. Per manufacturers instructions, sanitizer must be tested by dipping test strip for 10 seconds to get accurate sanitizer PPM (Parts Per Million). **Observed that PIC inside the Bakery Department was not able to speak to manufactures instructions on correct ppm sanitizer concentration. 33 0080-04-09-.04(5)(b)1 Good Repair and Calibration (Thermometers shall be accurate to plus or minus 2F) out Observed thermometers inside the upfront Retail coolers that were broken and not reading proper temperatures of cases. 1 thermometer read (133F) while the other one read (166F). The produce cases were adequately at 38F using inspectors thermal thermometer. Firm has got a previous work order set up on this issue and is awaiting parts. Firm also has the FAST alert system to insure that any coolers/freezers that go up in temperature will be brought to the attention of Kroger management and will get an alert to the issue.
