This inspector observed 2 bags of raw shrimp sitting in the three-compartment sink in a silver pan with water (within normal temperature limits 30F at the time thawing-PIC advised that they were bags of shrimp for herself, Kroger brand, inspector explained that the setup appeared to be for a customer's order because there were fried shrimp cooling and the menu has fried shrimp but the PIC advised that all of the shrimp including the cooked shrimp was for her and the inspector explained improper thawing and the need to differentiate personal food and food for customers if that was the case). |
