The storage walk in cooler was scanned with an infrared surface thermometer at 45 degrees. The thermometer inside of the cooler also reads 45 degrees. Currently no foods requiring refrigeration were observed in this walk in cooler. The cooler should be repaired or taken out of service and not used to store food that is time/temperature controlled for safety. |
