This product controls annual and perennial weeds listed on this label prior to planting or emergence of corn, cotton, rice, sorghum and soybeans; prior to the harvest of cotton and soybeans; and following the harvest of any crop in the fall via aerial applications in these locations. Aerial applications of this product may be made in fallow systems and conventional, reduced and zero tillage systems. For applications via aerial equipment, use the specified rates of this product in 3 to 10 gallons of water per acre. Do not exceed a rate of 72 fluid ounces (4.5 pts.) per acre. The likelihood of injury occurring from the use of this product is greatest when winds are gusty or in excess of 5 miles per hour or when other conditions, including lesser velocities, will allow spray drift to occur
