This product {marketed product name} is a [hospital use] disinfectant effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, SARS-CoV-2, Feline calicivirus (surrogate for human norovirus), and Hepatitis A virus when used at 1564 ppm available chlorine disinfectant solution. A 10-minute contact time is required. To disinfect hard, non-porous, non-food use surfaces, prepare a 1564 ppm solution by dissolving 1 tablet in 1 L water. Surfaces must be visibly clean before applying solution. Apply solution with brush, spray device, sponge, cloth, or mop [as appropriate] to visibly wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes, then remove product by wiping with brush, sponge, or cloth, or allow to air dry.
